I really appreciate how communicative, professional, and detailed Cameron was with our inspection of the house. Since the moment I contacted Cameron, he was quick to set up an appointment for me that fit my needs, he communicated with me throughout the whole process, which I appreciate. The day of the inspection, he was on time, he went through everything and gave me a run down of all the things I didn't even think of looking at. The report I received at the end was so thorough, and I love that the things that need immediate repair are in red, so I can quickly comb through the report and focus on those areas. I hired Cameron, from USA Property Inspection LLC, for an inspection on my first ever house purchase. His inspection took roughly 2.5 hours and was very detailed. Cameron showed up on time, he was very professional, did an excellent job inspecting the property, and the best part is his price was very fair.
Anther great thing about working with Cameron is that he made his thorough analysis as simple as possible for me to understand. He explained the seriousness of any defects he found; whether they need to be replaced right away, eventually, or were purely cosmetic blemishes.
To say Cameron did a great job, would be an understatement. Both the sellers' agent and my agent took Cameron's card because of how great he did. My agent, who has been using the same inspector for 15 years, said he plans on using Cameron more for future inspections.
